Review: Really beautiful skirt. It is just as shown in the picture. The waistband is very stretchy, so it’s super comfortable, which will be nice in the hot summer months. I would not wear black underwear with it, as it can be seen slightly, but any kind of light underwear will do fine. It comes with an underskirt, which does not fly up in the wind, so feels more secure. Measurements are correct.
